Move Anyway
Pilates based movement for individuals living with and beyond cancer
Movement matters
Move Anyway exists to challenge the idea that movement is only for when we feel our best. In fact, it was built on the belief that movement is essential when conditions feel less than ideal and should be accessible in those moments.
Through a blend of clinical understanding and a deeply human approach, Move Anyway uses Pilates-based movement to support anyone living with and beyond cancer to move safely and without overwhelm—helping them reconnect with their body and self and find a sense of grounding and strength.

Meet Tasha
For Tasha, movement and life have always been deeply intertwined. As a dancer from the age of two and a movement educator for the past decade, she has experienced firsthand the profound connection between the body and lived experience. When her own cancer diagnosis in 2022 interrupted her movement practice, it opened the door to exploring what accessible, supportive movement can look like when it’s needed most.
